POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Client Relations Representative will work closely with our clients and Business Development Team to ensure the clients vision is brought to life. We specialize in producing various types of creative signage and interior dcor projects. The primary duties of this position will be to address client inquiries/anticipate needs that align with our business operations through email, phone, and face to face interactions. This position plays an integral role in driving sales revenue and maintaining our excellent reputation The working environment is an open concept collaborative space with state of the art equipment. Qualifications for a Successful Business Development Account Executive:

  • Have a BA in Business, Hospitality, or equivalent certifications or skills
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Creative individual who is highly motivated to share their passion and skills
  • Able to facilitate successful experiences maintaining exceptional client relationships
  • Detail oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle stress and deadlines efficiently and confidently

  • Able multitask and prioritize under pressure
