Job Overview:

The Marketing Manager for Online Presence and Customer Feedback is responsible for overseeing and optimizing our digital presence, managing customer reviews, Net Promoter Scores (NPS), customer surveys, and leveraging insights to enhance the overall customer experience. This role involves strategic planning, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive and cohesive online brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company website's user experience.

- Collaborate with web developers to ensure the site is up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.

- Monitor website analytics and implement improvements based on data insights.

Customer Reviews and Ratings:

- Monitor and manage customer reviews across various platforms.

- Develop strategies to encourage positive reviews and address negative feedback promptly.

- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues highlighted in reviews.

Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and Customer Surveys:

- Implement and manage NPS and customer survey programs to gauge customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Analyze survey data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.

Online Reputation Management:

- Develop and maintain a positive online brand image.

- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and review platforms.

- Implement reputation management strategies to enhance brand credibility.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze website performance metrics, customer reviews, NPS, and survey data.

- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the effectiveness of online initiatives.

- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimizations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align online initiatives with overall marketing strategies.

- Work closely with customer service, product development, and sales teams to address customer concerns and improve the customer journey.

Content Management:

- Ensure that online content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the brand messaging.

- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and informative content for the website and other online platforms.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, and customer feedback analysis.

- Familiarity with web analytics tools, customer survey platforms, and reputation management tools.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with SEO best practices and content management systems.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
