About the Role:
- Warm Welcome: Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel valued from their first interaction.
- Patient Support: Assist patients in completing essential documentation, electronic medical insurance, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with regulations in handling patient information and should know how to verify patients medical insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Scheduling Excellence Manage appointment scheduling, adapt to rescheduling or cancellations, and maintain an organized schedule for our dental team.
- Effective Communication: Communicate professionally, respectfully, and courteously with patients and colleagues, embodying our esteemed practice's essence.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance, reflecting our company's positive image.
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, and uphold the highest level of customer service.
The Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and Creole Language, preferred
- Previous Medical/Dental Reception experience, focusing on patient hospitality.
- Experience with Dental Office Software is a plus (Dentrix, Ascend, Eagle Soft)
- Knowledge of Dental terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of Dental Insurances; PPO, HMO, DHMO, Managed Care
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English; Bilingual skills, proficiency in Creole language is preferred and considered a valuable asset.
Compensation and Benefits:
Information about salary range and company benefits for this position are being required and included in compliance for the requirements for various states. Salaries may differ from different applicants based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the position, qualifications and education/certification/licenses and experience.
Compensation: Starting at $25 per hour depending on experience
