Compensation:

$18 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest services.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise front desk staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of room bookings, revenue, and guest information for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to coordinate guest services and resolve any issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in hotel front office operations.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
