Aegis Alarm & Safety Solutions specializes in the installation and servicing of fire alarms, fire extinguishers, pre-action/suppression systems, 24-hour monitoring, and exit lighting solutions. Chief Executive Officer / General Manager Responsibilities:

The leader of the fire alarm systems division will be tasked with overseeing and managing all operational aspects of this new entity, including but not limited to:

  • Supervising daily operations, sales, and financial activities.
  • Formulating a strategic plan to enhance productivity.
  • Managing the profit and loss (P&L) to ensure the organization’s financial stability.
  • Implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Creating, executing, and sustaining budgetary and resource allocation strategies.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training high-caliber employees to meet sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Establishing performance targets and ensuring their achievement.
  • Executing all policies, procedures, training programs, and cultural values.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Chief Executive Officer / General Manager Qualifications:

An effective leader in fire alarm systems will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience, particularly in personnel management and a proven track record in developing and achieving financial objectives.
  • Experience in fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, monitoring, and/or suppression systems.
  • Technical expertise in pre-action detection, foam systems, aqua mist, quell, and other specialized hazard systems is preferred.
  • Outstanding personnel management skills with the ability to inspire, collaborate, and lead teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • NICET certifications are a plus.
