Job Summary:
Join our team at a non-profit organization dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities in Anne Arundel County, Charles County, and St. Mary's County. We are seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to provide essential maintenance support across our six residential homes, one day program in Anne Arundel County, three residential homes in Charles County, and three residential homes along with one day program in St. Mary's County. As a Maintenance Technician, you will respond to maintenance requests during regular business hours, after hours, weekends and holidays as needed. A valid driver's license is required for this role, as well as passing a background check.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven maintenance experience, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
- Must have own tools.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lighting repairs, leak fixes, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations.
- Drive a company vehicle to various locations.
- Utilize a company gas card for work-related travel.
