The Document Management Assistant is responsible for data entry and records management for the Bank. This is a full-time non-customer facing position with the full Cornerstone Bank employee benefit package.


Job Responsibilities:

Assist with Bank wide scanning of documents. Will coordinate items to be scanned for all departments of the bank. Will become proficient in the use of the scanning software and hardware. Must become knowledgeable of the record retention schedule for various departments. Will assist and train other department personnel as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Equivalent to a high school education. Ability to interact effectively with management and co-workers. Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently. Will provide unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank.
