Location: Erie, MI, 48133

Overview

We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Heat Treat Operator to join our team at our facility in Erie, MI. As a Heat Treat Operator, you will be responsible for operating heat treating equipment to heat treat metal parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate heat treating equipment
  • Monitor and adjust heat treating processes to ensure proper heat treatment of metal parts
  • Perform quality checks on heat treated parts
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a heat treat operator or in a similar role
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills

Salary info:

$17 - $18 / hr
