ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steve Woodrum - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- If you feel like your skills are overlooked and you're seeking a chance to prove yourself, you should apply
- (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred but a desire to perform wins
- Basic communication skills, you are not scared to talk on the phone, speak to someone face to face.
- You show up on time, don't make excuses and help the team succeed.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- You can actually deliver on the skills you present.
- Ability to interact and relate with potential customers, listen to their needs and offer solutions.
- Ability to listen and learn from your team and capitalize.
- Ability to be trained.
- This is a position in sales, if you're scared to talk with people about what we do here, this probably is not for you
