Rogue Community Health (RCH) is seeking an energetic and experienced Senior Director of Communications and Development. The Senior Director of Communications and Development is responsible for the management and growth of development activities, community relations, marketing and communications to ensure smooth operation of programs and services within RCH and between all RCH partners.
Our successful candidate for Senior Director of Communications and Development is a self-starter, knowledgeable about healthcare, proficient in excellent customer service, well-spoken and able to work independently and as part of a team while embracing Rogue Community Health’s mission and core values.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree preferred), in healthcare, human services or business administration or other related field required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum five years in a leadership position in healthcare, human or non-profit services, including supervision of staff required. Experience and knowledge of non-profit management, development, and fundraising expertise.
Required to complete a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted.
Oregon is an employment-at-will state and Rogue Community Health (RCH) has a 90-day probationary period for all newly hired team members.
