Requirements:

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS’s
  • Demonstrated knowledge of human resource activities in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment

Responsibilities:

  • Interact effectively, professionally and with diplomacy in all areas of employee relations.

  • Assist employees with the interpretation and correct application of company policies, procedures, and programs
  • Conduct New Hires Orientation and Onboarding process.
  • Maintain personnel documentation, files, records and oversee accurate processing
  • Assist with the coordination of all company sponsored events
  • Perform other duties as business needs require
