- Provide support for administrative tasks as needed

- Follow privacy and security protocols when handling sensitive information
- Monitor and maintain office supplies related to filing needs
- Train and guide staff on proper filing procedures and best practices
- Conduct regular audits of file systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Resolve file retrieval and location issues promptly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in file management or data entry
- Proficiency in MS Office and filing software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners and photocopiers
- Basic understanding of record-keeping principles
