Your day-to-day will include ensuring products are correctly packaged, conducting quality checks, and actively participating in our continuous improvement culture by minimizing waste and streamlining production processes.We offer Machine Operators:
  • Competitive pay rates, varying by shift:
  • 1st shift: $17.00/hr or $17.60/hr for 12-hour shifts
  • 2nd shift: $18.00/hr
  • 3rd shift: $18.00/hr or $18.20/hr for 12-hour shifts
  • A $100 referral bonus, plus a $25 bonus for every successful referral to WSI
  • A clean, positive work environment with a weekly pay structure
  • Opportunities for permanent hire based on attendance, attitude, and performance
Qualifications for this role include:
  • A preference for being on your feet over sitting at a desk
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort with entry-level administrative tasks
  • Openness to overtime for additional earnings
  • Must Be Able to Speak, Write, and Read basic English
