The Field Service Technician Trainee is responsible for successfully completing comprehensive technician training that will provide a solid foundation to acquire the competence and skill to meet the responsibilities of the Field Service Technician position.

In this role you will:

  • Learn the methodology, skills, and processes to perform assembly and disassembly, assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, installation, and repairs of the various product lines based on the manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Receive hands on training from a qualified Field Service Technician to develop a high level of technical competence in all field service job duties.
  • Be responsible for customer satisfaction on all equipment and services.

As a Field Service Technician Trainee, you must possess:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to learn methodology, skills and processes to perform installation, troubleshooting, and calibration on equipment
  • Ability and knowledge of how to use hand tools and electronic testing equipment
  • Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Curiosity and desire to learn
