The Stephenson Agency is seeking an Outbound Sales Producer to join one of the fastest growing Farmers Insurance agencies in the state You will be responsible for driving results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance.


We are looking for coachable, hard-working individuals who want to make a great living Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results-driven. We do not require prior insurance experience and are confident that our training will bring the right candidate up to speed. Our top priority is always to put the customers best interest first in order to properly protect them. Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
