Inside Sales Representative at Signs for Success, Inc.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation: Proactively qualify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound calls, emails, and other channels.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their signage needs and offering tailored solutions.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.

4. Quoting and Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients based on their specifications and budget requirements.

5. Order Processing: Manage the entire sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring smooth transactions and timely fulfillment.

6. Follow-up and After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, address any concerns or issues promptly, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as design, production, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of orders and projects.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in a related industry such as signage, printing, or marketing.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in order processing and documentation.

- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
