**Position:** Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist
**Location:** Millenium Dental, downtown Boston right in front of the Boston Commons
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and check-in patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using Eaglesoft software.
- Manage patient records, including entering and updating information.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Handle billing and insurance claims.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the dental team.
**Qualifications:**
Previous experience in a dental Environment and proficiency in Eaglesoft dental software is required, no exceptions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
