Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Maintenance: Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, roofs, gutters, and recreational facilities. Keep everything running smoothly, inside and out.

  • Make-Ready Apartments: Oversee and assist in turning vacant units into move-in-ready homes.
  • Inventory & Equipment: Organize supplies, keep tools in top condition, and ensure everything is ready when needed.
  • Pool Management: Maintain the pool, ensuring it's safe, clean, and meets all local requirements.
  • Safety First: Implement and oversee safety programs, making sure the team follows OSHA standards and stays protected.
  • Emergency Response: Share on-call duties, responding to emergencies quickly, even on weekends and holidays.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and carry out routine checks to prevent issues before they start.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, with strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
  • Certifications: CPO and EPA certifications are a must.
  • Personality: A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping others.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and mechanical skills, with the ability to maintain inventory systems.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel full-time between properties.
Physical Demands:
  • Frequent walking, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Working in various settings, including office spaces, residential buildings, and outdoor areas.
