Job Title: QA Specialist / Quality Systems Training Specialist
Location: Portsmouth, NH - 03801 (Remote)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Contract
Work Type: Onsite Key responsibilities:
  • Providing support for the global training team and global QMS (global team)
  • Able to work with sites in transferring data to Cornerstone (CSOD)
  • Proficient in Excel and working with spreadsheets to develop training matrices and curriculum
  • Experience designing training content, including annual GMP refreshers
  • Engagement of strong cross-functional relationships to drive global standardization of training content
Required Skills:
  • Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Prior hands-on experience in utilizing Cornerstone
  • Broad work experience in QA, including skills in developing training content
  • Excellent knowledge of computer systems and applications with demonstrated skills in the use of information management systems in a GxP environment (Document Management Systems, Excel, Teams)
  • Broad knowledge of GxP requirements (US FDA, EMA, MHRA, as examples)
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
