This is an office based position in our Fort Myers Florida corporate office.


About Us: UBI Telehealth is an innovative organisation within the direct-to-consumer (DTC) telehealth space. Dedicated to pushing the boundaries of creativity and technology, we deliver exceptional solutions and experiences to our clients. As we expand our marketing team, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to accelerate our growth and help drive marketing initiatives forward.

Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and executing various marketing activities, with a primary focus on social media marketing, event planning, and tracking marketing campaign performance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, analytical and able to handle multiple responsibilities, including social media management, event coordination, timeline management, and sales reporting.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Marketing:
    1. Develop and manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms
    2. Create, schedule, and post content on social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
    3. Monitor social media trends, track engagement metrics, and analyse performance to optimise content strategies
    4. Responsible for both organic and paid content across all platforms
  • Event Planning:
    1. Coordinate and execute marketing event planning details, including consumer shows, product launches, and promotional events
    2. Handle event logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management
    3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with marketing goals and brand messaging
  • Timeline Management:
    1. Maintain a comprehensive timeline of marketing activities, including campaign launches, content go-lives, and event deadlines
  • Sales Data Reporting:
    1. Collect and analyse sales data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and report on ROI and conversion rates monthly
  • Promotional Materials:
    1. Ensure that all materials are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the company’s brand guidelines
    2. Order and track all promotional items ensuring quantities are enough for events
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, social media management, or a related role
  • Proficiency in all social media platforms, content management systems, and basic analytics tools
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in event planning
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
  • Must be able to be in-office in Fort Myers during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8-5)
  • Some weekend/event work and travel may be required several times a year
