Position: Assembler
Employer: Global leader in nailed wooden reel manufacturing (73+ years in the market)
Job Description:Assemblers play a vital role in the production process of wood reels, working collaboratively in a team-based environment to achieve daily production targets.
Perks:
  • Starting Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
  • Shift: 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Saturday
  • Weekly Pay
  • TEMP to HIRE Opportunity
Duties:
  • Assemble precut wooden pieces into reels for winding cables or strands
  • Use measuring tape, ruler, and hand tools to measure and assemble parts
  • Weigh, mark, and tag completed reels
  • Apply grease to waterproof reels
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on products
Qualifications:
  • Strong work ethic and integrity
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
  • Understanding of basic assembly instructions, both written and verbal
Work Environment:
  • Labor Intensive with heavy lifting involved
  • Non-climate controlled environment
  • Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
