Position Overview: As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients while supporting the account management team. Your responsibilities will span both client interactions and administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Act as a liaison between clients and the Account Manager. Engage with clients, respond to their needs, and build lasting relationships.
  • Account Management Support: Assist the Account Management team by updating and maintaining client records in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Renewals and Quotes: Manage vendor and service renewals for clients. Track quotes and ensure timely processing.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of warranty expiration dates and configuration data.


Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Tech-Savvy: An aptitude for technology is necessary.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance when interacting with clients.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.


Company Hours: 7am-6pm Monday-Friday
Shift Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
