What You'll Do as an A&P Technician:
- Maintain and repair aircraft components.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft systems
- Read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Complete all required documentation accurately and timely
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
- Minimum 3 years' experience working on aircraft (fixed wing, rotary, or military), with business aircraft experience preferred.
- Proficiency in interpreting and utilizing mechanical engineering drawings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and maintain a basic hand tool set (must have your own tools)
- Willingness to obtain necessary Ground Support Equipment Qualifications
- Flexibility to work unscheduled overtime, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge if required
