This person will be responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting members. The shift hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • A high school diploma
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Good telephone skills are required.
