Lead Power Washing Technician in Training
Youngsville, NC

$17-$21 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Willing to learn this exciting business from the ground up.
Learn to supervise your team to ensure jobs are completed to the customers satisfaction.
Utilize your experience to train, guide and mentor other team members.
Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner.
Cleaning with a commercial grade hot water pump.
Create a Great Customer Experience daily 5 Star Reviews on every job is our goal.
Abide by cleaning procedures and ensure all jobs are done to the highest standards.
Safely and effectively deliver services with company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Uphold a clean, organized, and inviting work environment.
Execute with discipline and strive for constant improvement.
Expect to help with other company tasks as needed.
Please expect the occasional overnight shifts, the occasional early start shifts, the occasional late end of day, the occasional overnight stay away from home projects, and the occasional rescheduling due to severe weather or customer requests.
We service locations throughout the Triangle and surrounding areas.

Requirements:
A Minimum of 1 year of service type experience in a technician lead role.
Have a valid Drivers License with an insurable driving record.
Must pass with a clear background screening.
Minimum 1 year experience driving a 16 ft. box truck or larger.
Must be able to work at heights.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
Ability to carry and lift to 50 lbs., bend and perform physical labor and stand on feet for extended periods with arms above your head.
Able to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT medical examination.

Qualifications:
You are positive-minded, energetic, and have a good teamwork ethic.
A commitment to excellent customer service, integrity, and professional demeanor are prerequisites when applying for this position.
Have an eye for detail and can supervise and work independently on job sites.
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
Physical fitness to climb ladders, walk on roofs, work in a lift with confidence and no fear of heights, with a passion to work outdoors in hot and cold weather.
Must have good hygiene and be presentable to customers.
Responsive communication using your own working cell phone and data plan.

Preferred:
Minimum 1 year experience driving a 16 ft. box truck or larger.
Minimum 1 year experience in pressure washing residential and commercial buildings.
