Position: Lead Technician for Power Washing Services
Location: Youngsville, NC
Compensation: $17-$21 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate commercial-grade hot water pumps for cleaning.

- Safely deliver services using company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.

Note: Expect occasional overnight shifts, early starts, late finishes, and travel for projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in a service-oriented technician lead role.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Experience driving a 16 ft. box truck or larger for at least 1 year.
- Capability to work at heights.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, perform manual labor, and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and DOT medical examination.
