We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Trulite. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality, and leading a team of production staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular production meetings to discuss progress, goals, and challenges
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and procedures
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall quality
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality products
- Collaborate with the production manager to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with 5S and Lean manufacturing principles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience with inventory management and control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
