Role Objective:

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Marketing Manager to join our team in driving brand awareness and expanding our client base. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our marketing strategies, managing a team of marketing professionals, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone with a strong track record in marketing and a deep understanding of the legal industry.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to achieve company goals.

- Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals, providing ongoing coaching and support.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored marketing solutions.

- Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and provide timely reports to senior management.

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive the development and launch of new services.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.


Requirements:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving results.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients and partners.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

- Positive, optimistic attitude.

- Strong knowledge of the legal services industry, including key players and market dynamics preferred.

- Bachelor's degree or experiential equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.

Compensation:
