Metro Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Campus Recruiter to join our Human Resources team on site at our Garden City corporate office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting top Physical Therapy candidates through strategic on-campus networking and marketing. You will manage recruitment efforts at selected target schools and oversee our clinical affiliation students.
We’re looking for a motivated individual who excels in pipeline management, program development, and engagement activities, including building relationships with universities and external partners. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful, proactive, and creative thinker with strong networking skills and a talent for relationship building. In this role, you will contribute to the growth and refinement of our early talent recruiting strategy and help develop Metro Physical Therapy’s student programs.
What You’ll be Doing
- Develop engagement strategies at designated target schools.
- Coordinate all on-campus and internal activities for students, including company presentations, school visits, career fairs, networking events, and more.
- Attend and participate in campus and internal events.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key universities across the country.
- Work closely with our Clinical Affiliation students by managing their onboarding, facilitating their participation in events, conducting check-ins during and at the end of their program, overseeing other aspects of their experience, and extending offers
- Act as the primary point of contact for students throughout the recruitment process; promote the company, address inquiries, and provide updates.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
- Travel to schools during peak recruiting seasons
- Ensure adherence to all hiring policies and procedures, and implement best practice recruitment guidelines throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with the Clinical Education Team to develop and execute innovative university talent acquisition strategies.
- Adapt effectively to changing priorities and rapid shifts while maintaining a positive attitude; demonstrate a successful track record in supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives.

- 2-5 years of campus recruiting experience
- Eager to work in a service-focused environment with a strong passion for Recruiting and Program Management.
- Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple time-sensitive projects efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Skilled in sourcing talent through social media and other networking channels.
- Demonstrates strong organizational abilities, a solid work ethic, proactive initiative, urgency, and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, creative problem-solving skills and ability to act independently
- Team player with flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles as well as confidence to manage interactions and expectations at all levels of the organization
- Strong relationship and client management skill set required
- Willingness to travel and work evening hours as needed, especially during peak seasons
- Prior Physical Therapy recruitment experience a plus
