As a result of our continued growth, we’re looking to hire a motivated, organized and customer-focused BDC Representative.  The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative handles incoming phone calls, coordinates incoming sales inquiries, service requests, and internet correspondence.  Responsibilities Receive incoming calls and coordinate schedules of sales and service teams Customer follow up on website inquiries  Provide information back to customers based on their questions and needs  Manage required paperwork and records  Other duties as assigned Requirements Prior customer service experience  Excellent verbal/written communication skills Self-motivated, goal oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to use multiple computer and telephone software applications Strong customer service skills  Ability to quickly learn new information  Automotive experience a plus Benefits: Competitive compensation package Medical, dental, 401k plus more Paid Vacations Ongoing training and development Room for advancement ​
