This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity at a luxurious apartment complex.

Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Perform and troubleshoot common service requests in apartments
  • Address minor plumbing and electrical issues as they arise
  • Install and maintain appliances within the units
  • Fix general punch items promptly
  • Ensure apartments are clean and inspection-ready for new move-ins
  • Take care of exterior and interior painting, caulking, and light drywall repairs
  • Maintain cleanliness of breezeways and parking lots
Qualifications:
  • Have an EPA 608 Certification Type I or higher (HVAC)
  • Basic plumbing and electrical experience, 6+ months
  • Ability to install appliances
  • Have a strong work ethic with reliability, dependability, and initiative
  • Enjoy working with others and maintaining friendly customer service
  • Own a set of basic hand tools such as a screwdriver, channel lock/pliers, and wrenches
  • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
