Responsibilities:


Recruitment:

  • Create, review, and distribute job postings and descriptions to job boards.
  • Review candidates, interview, and hire qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with store managers to ensure staffing levels are met.

Retention:

  • Review our current retention tools and build upon them to keep our team engaged.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees in the restaurants to get feedback on their real-world work life.
  • Help create new initiatives to increase retention and reduce turnover.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in HR and/or recruitment preferred.
  • People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Positive Attitude: Bring your sunny disposition to work every day
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
