Sales Representative

[About Our Client]
Agricultural Industry leader

[Job Summary]

[Job Description]
- Coordinate sales operations and marketing plans
- Analyze and maintain knowledge of clients' business, latest news, and trends to cultivate and
maintain positive business relationships
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Consistently collect and analyze market data to aid efforts in business development
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries, negotiate sales terms &
agreements and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective follow through on sales process
- Other duties as assigned such as regular weekly reporting and meeting summary reports

[Qualifications]
  • Must have work authorization in U.S.A.
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing related major preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
  • More than 2-3 years’ experience in on-field sales are PLUS
  • Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to work efficiently & effectively
  • Relationship management and networking skills are a must
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and hand in regular reports in timely manner
  • Bilingual preferred in Korean & English
  • Strong Teamwork & Collaboration skills
