Our mission is to provide safe, high-quality mental health services in an ethical environment that embraces diversity and to train the next generation of therapists to also do so competently and confidently.
Flexible compensation options (based on experience):
- Salaried employee at $135,000 to $155,000
- Contracted $70-$85 per hour

What you'll do at work:
- Provide telehealth patient care, including initial and follow-up psychiatric evaluations and medication management services for adolescents and adults seeking treatment for mental health concerns.
- Order and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic studies.
- Ensure quality of care consistent with policies, procedures, and relevant accrediting bodies.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary treatment team.
- EHR includes fully-integrated scheduling, documentation, prescribing, EPCS, and lab orders.
- There are no requirements for on-call coverage and our team manages scheduling and billing.
Qualifications include:
- Continuously licensed in good standing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the State of Arizona.
- Must have current Arizona DEA license to initiate credentialing.
- 1-2 years of independent clinical experience treating adolescents and adults preferred.
- Provide current fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable, ensuring continuous coverage.
- Continuously maintain malpractice liability coverage if contracted.
