Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in nursing or Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP)
  • Current certification by a recognized organization
  • Valid Registered Nurse California license
  • Two years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Fluency in Spanish or Armenian
