We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Living Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission. 

  

Position Overview: 

As a Senior Living Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for families seeking guidance in finding the best senior living options for their loved ones. Your role will involve assessing clients’ needs, providing expert advice, and guiding them through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

-Client Consultation: Meet with clients and their families to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for senior living options. 

- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify suitable senior living communities that match clients’ needs, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities. 

- Personalized Recommendations: Provide tailored recommendations and information on various senior living options, including community amenities, services, and pricing. 

- Guidance and Support: Assist clients through the decision-making process, including arranging tours, coordinating with senior living communities, and addressing any questions or concerns. 

- Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues that may arise post-placement. 

- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with senior living communities, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders to stay informed about available options and trends. 

- Documentation: Accurately document client interactions, preferences, and outcomes in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up and reporting. 

  

Qualifications: 

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in senior living consulting, sales, or a related field. 

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of senior living options, services, and industry trends. 

- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with a diverse range of clients and families. 

- Empathy: Demonstrated ability to approach sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism. 

- Certification: RCFE certification is a plus 

- Technology: Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 

-Valid Driver’s License
