If you are a leadership-oriented individual who is ready to take your financial career to the next level as a partner in our general office, we have an opportuity for you New York Life Insurance Company is currently hiring managers for its Fast Track Partner Program, a training in which participants start as a financial professional who gain first-hand experience in the field. Completion of the program requirements leads to a transition into management as an associate partner.

Compensation:

$90,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals.
  • Determine financial solutions for clients with relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more.
  • Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner.
Qualifications:

We are looking for people who want to make a lasting impact on the financial well-being of individuals, families, and small businesses motivated people who can answer one of the following questions:

  • Do you have sales or managerial experience in another industry?
  • Are you a business owner?
  • Do you have a Series 6 or 7 and Series 63?
  • Do you have an MBA or other equivalent degree?
  • Do you have experience in the Financial Services Industry?

  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to lead others
  • Entrepreneurial.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships (i.e., "People Person") and a sincere desire to help others.
  • A strong communicator--excellent listening skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills.
  • Seeking a rewarding career with a desire for continuous learning.
