From being in the field interacting with clients, caregivers, and referral sources, RN Supervisors' scope of responsibility is varied and rewarding. A mix of client home visits, client service plan reviews, Caregiver/Client satisfaction follow-up, social services, and customer service.RN Supervisor Duties:
  • Conduct home visits with clients/caregivers
  • Review client/caregiver documents
  • Support office staff
  • No hands-on patient care 
  • Document visits using our CRM
Requirements:
  • Current NJ RN License
  • Nurturing ability (Caring, empathetic, compassionate)
  • Articulate, with strong verbal and written skills and a pleasant phone manner
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented; good documentation skills.
