BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional medical care through home health visits to adult and geriatric patients in Woonsocket, Cumberland, Lincoln, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through home health visits, following a designated care plan and reporting changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations.
  • Monitor clients' conditions, following up with and executing doctors' orders, and performing client assessments as necessary.
  • Case management and coordination, ensuring seamless care delivery and effective communication with clients and their families.
Requirements
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
