Job Summary
General dental practice seeking an experienced dental receptionist/treatment coordinator to join our successful and growing practices. Join our friendly team where you can utilize all your skills in a caring and upbeat environment.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Process patient payments and insurance claims.
  • Meet with patients to discuss their treatment plans.
  • Discuss costs, payment plans, and insurance coverage with patients.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the treatment process.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to present and close treatment plan.
  • Must have knowledge in insurance verification, billing, and collection.
  • Competent in Care Credit and other financing options.
