Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation of HR training programs and processes to support manufactory and office employees' training.
  • Plan and prioritize training to meet commitments aligned with organization goals.
  • Ensures delivery of training programs that help new team members know the company's culture rapidly.
  • Arrange and cooperate with departments on related training as business needs.
  • Become a champion of company culture, influence change, and support diversity while promoting employee engagement.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of training on employees using individual or group performance results.
  • Select third parties and cooperate with them to work on training materials if necessary.
  • Create a climate where employees are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.
  • Adapt the training needs and responsibilities as dictated by the company.
  • Training materials drafting as needed, ability to translate English materials into Spanish, and conduct on-site training in Spanish or English.

Requirements

Qualifications,

  • Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Education, or Instructional Design, with related work experience of at least 2 years.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems(LMS) is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in using various office software, especially PowerPoint, and training equipment such as projectors, etc.
  • Excellent English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.
