El Guest Services Ambassador (GSA) actúa como la "cara" del hotel y es el principal punto de contacto para los huéspedes. Llevar a cabo las necesidades operativas de manera eficiente y precisa para presentar la menor dificultad posible al huésped.
Reúnase con los huéspedes y solicite sus comentarios con regularidad para determinar la satisfacción de los huéspedes con los servicios y las instalaciones.

Responder a las situaciones a medida que surjan y manejar los conflictos de los invitados
Operaciones:
Inspeccionar diariamente los estudios y espacios públicos de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa y la marca.
Ser capaz de responder de manera efectiva y de acuerdo con el procedimiento en tiempos de emergencia
Asegurar que todas las políticas y procedimientos se sigan con precisión en todo momento
Coordinar las operaciones de recepción, como registros de entrada, mudanzas, renovaciones, reservas, recorridos por la propiedad y eventos de ventas.
Responder a las llamadas de servicio al huésped de manera eficiente y conveniente
Garantizar la seguridad del edificio y los ocupantes; ponerse en contacto con los servicios de emergencia/la policía cuando sea necesario
Documentar la actividad laboral utilizando el registro apropiado y de acuerdo con la política y el procedimiento.
Los ingresos por ventas:
Ejecuta el proceso de gestión de clientes potenciales y completa todos los objetivos de ventas y marketing según lo establecido por la supervisión
Revisar el inventario del estudio diariamente para garantizar la maximización de los ingresos del estudio
Mantener ventas efectivas de ofertas complementarias para satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes y maximizar los ingresos
Educación:
Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente, o título de educación general (GED)
Experiencia:
1 o más años de experiencia en la industria hotelera, minorista o de servicio de alimentos (preferiblemente)
Conocimiento:
Comprensión básica de varios procedimientos y prácticas comunes de oficina/recepción
Habilidades:
Debe poder leer, escribir y hablar inglés de manera competente
Operación de computadora intermedia que incluye, entre otros, el acceso a datos de Internet
Comunicación efectiva con el personal y los huéspedes.
Manejo efectivo de conflictos.
Negociación efectiva y habilidades de venta.
Habilidades: Leer, comprender y seguir procedimientos escritos
Responder con calma en situaciones de conflicto y estrés.
Adaptarse a los cambios en el trabajo diario.
