Position overview

The Superintendent will oversee various job site tasks, including basement crack repair, residential waterproofing, wall anchoring, foundation Piering, concrete finishing, general construction, and inspection/repair projects. They will offer support through on-site field supervision and technical management, directly overseeing foremen and labor personnel. Additionally, they will aid in planning, coordinating, and executing work within specified timelines while prioritizing safety.
