NeuroSpine Plus (NSP) is hiring a bilingual (Spanish) Scheduler/Patient Care Specialist with a friendly yet assertive demeanor for our fast-paced, multi-disciplinary practice. If you excel in customer service and thrive in a patient-focused environment, we want to hear from you. Fluency in Spanish is required.
In this role, you'll ensure accurate medical records, schedule appointments, and communicate with patients effectively. Join our growing team and make a difference in patient care
Responsibilities:
- Schedule new and follow-up appointments for patients.
- Register new patients and update necessary records.
- Send forms and paperwork to patients, ensuring all required fields are completed.
- File, fax, and handle other miscellaneous front desk tasks.
- Answer multi-line telephones.
- Monitor, record, and communicate changes in patients' conditions.
Requirements:
- Experience with various types of insurance, referrals, and authorization processes preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency (scanning, uploading, downloading, document transfer).
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exhibit patience and compassion.
- Monday - Friday 8:30a - 5:30p
