What You'll Do:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in Math, Reading, Writing, and more.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop data-driven strategies for student success.
  • Mentor students, fostering high expectations and addressing academic and personal needs.
  • Continuously improve your teaching skills through reflection and professional development.
  • Promote a respectful, inclusive learning environment that empowers student voice.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Degree-seeking student or graduate in Education or a relevant subject (e.g., Math, English, Science).
  • Commitment to working 10-35 hours/week at a designated NYC school.
  • Willingness to participate in monthly training and professional development.
  • Passion for supporting the academic and personal success of all students, especially those from under-resourced communities.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
