PM Kitchen Supervisor


Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment? Daytona Grande Oceanfront Resort is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team in beautiful Daytona Beach, FL. As a key member of our resort family, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and service. If you have a passion for culinary excellence and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

Compensation:

$20/hr

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Help train and mentor kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques, cooking methods, and portion control
  • Collaborate with the Exec and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and ensure consistency in food quality
  • Handle customer inquiries or concerns regarding food quality or service
Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the culinary industry
  • Strong knowledge of food handling regulations and best practices
  • Excellent cooking skills with experience in banquet or large-scale cooking preferred
  • Ability to manage a team effectively and provide clear direction
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
