  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications in ergonomics or safety engineering is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in seat design and engineering, preferably in the automotive or aerospace industry.
  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and other engineering tools.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of ergonomics, materials science, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Certifications (if applicable):
  • Certifications in safety engineering, ergonomics, or related fields can be beneficial.
  • Work Environment:
  • Office setting with occasional visits to manufacturing sites or test facilities.
