We are seeking a highly achieving, results-oriented Sales Development Rep (SDR) Manager to lead and grow our SDR team helping to drive our sales growth to new heights

What will you be doing?
As the Sales Development Rep Manager, you will lead our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to success. With SDRs located in the US and UK, you’ll motivate and help them to succeed in driving lead generation and pipeline growth across various channels. You and your team will have the satisfaction to know that you are a critical element in Innovative’s ongoing success.

How will you make an impact?
You’ll develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies, optimizing processes, and enhancing our outreach efforts to maximize sales opportunities. You’ll excel at:
 
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed their individual and team targets.
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Develop and implement multi-channel communication strategies, including email marketing, social media outreach, and phone prospecting, to engage prospects and generate qualified leads.
  • Outbound Email Prospecting: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of email prospecting campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • List Enrichment: Utilize data enrichment tools and techniques to enhance prospect data quality and improve targeting accuracy.
  • Cadence Development: Design and optimize outreach cadences and sequences to ensure consistent and effective communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales development processes and workflows related to multi-channel communication to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the SDR team in multi-channel communication techniques.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, track key metrics, and provide regular feedback to team members to drive performance improvements in multi-channel communication efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving company goals related to lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of multi-channel communication efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead Generation: Lead by example by actively participating in lead generation activities across various channels and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

What do you need to succeed?
  • Previous experience in a sales leadership or management role, preferably managing a team of SDRs or inside sales representatives.
  • Proven success in sales development or inside sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, particularly in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with email prospecting platforms, list enrichment tools, and CRM systems, such as Salesforce, LeadIQ, Seamless, Apollo (or others)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
  • Results-driven attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's  degree in Business Administration, Marketing, related field (preferred) or equivalent related experience.
