Apex Testing Laboratories, Inc. is looking for a staff accountant to join our team in our San Francisco office. This person will manage all accounting procedures to ensure Apex Testing Lab’s overall financial health.


The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail and deep knowledge of regional laws/regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Receivable: Preparing Invoice, payment tracking and collection
  • Account Payable: Review vendor invoices and process payment
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Assist in Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly end closing
  • Assist in payroll processing using ADP System
  • 1099 recording and processing
  • Additional Task based on organizational needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • Strong math skills
  • Deep knowledge of accounting principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to handle information confidentially
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
  • Proven experience meeting regular deadlines
  • A willingness to learn new tasks
  • Dependability and punctuality
