$150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Represent clients in family law cases from initial consultation to final resolution, demonstrating autonomy in developing strategies and guiding clients through the legal process
- Maintain a balance between empathy and professionalism when working with clients to ensure long-term relationships and successful legal outcomes
- Effectively communicate with clients, other attorneys, and the court throughout the legal proceedings
- Collaborate proactively with legal and support staff to provide clients with a top-notch customer experience, including timely and clear communication
- Handle family law cases in Wake, Johnston, and Harnett Counties
- You are heroic, dynamic, and empathetic

- By empathetic, we mean that clients say that you truly care about their cases, respond to their concerns, and help them achieve their goals
- You have at least 3 years of substantive, successful first-chair family law experience in Wake County or similar jurisdiction
- You are comfortable working in a team environment with clear standards for work products, case timelines, timely communication with clients, and attorney timekeeping
- You are prepared to serve as a director/conductor/quarterback for your caseload, supervising the efforts of legal and administrative staff for the good of clients
Hiring Requirements:
- Valid North Carolina law license
- At least three years of successful family law experience, preferably in North Carolina
- Demonstrated interest in family law
- Valid North Carolina Notary Public, or ability to obtain it immediately
- Three professional references
